Fire Suppression

At Bar D Bar Landworks, safety is the foundation of every project we perform. That's why every jobsite is supported by dedicated fire suppression equipment and trained personnel whenever conditions warrant. Whether we're forestry mulching, land clearing, mowing, or operating heavy equipment during fire season, we maintain the capability to respond immediately to prevent small ignitions from becoming costly wildfires.

Our primary fire suppression unit is a fully equipped 4x4 response truck carrying a 200-gallon water skid with 300 feet of hose, allowing us to quickly access remote areas and attack spot fires before they spread. This mobile setup provides excellent maneuverability across rugged terrain and keeps water readily available wherever our crews are working.

For larger projects or higher-risk operations, we deploy our FyreBX 500-gallon skid steer fire suppression system—one of the most capable wildfire response platforms available for vegetation management contractors. Combining a high-capacity water tank with the off-road mobility of a tracked skid steer, this system can reach areas conventional fire engines cannot, making it ideal for active land clearing, forestry mulching, and remote construction projects.

In addition to protecting our own operations, we also provide standby fire suppression services for other contractors, utility crews, welders, construction companies, and special events requiring an on-site fire watch. Whether you need a dedicated suppression unit to satisfy permit requirements or simply want an added layer of protection during high fire danger, our experienced team is ready to help keep your project safe, compliant, and operating with confidence.
